Commissioned as a Major April 2002 in the ANG as a surgical PA. Deployed to Balad AB, Iraq with the combat trauma surgical team 1/05-6/05, then again 1/07-6/07. Deployed to Senegal, Kunsan, Honduras, Maui, and several stateside assignments for humanitarian and training
