Retired USAF Major David Bolton Goodale (CRO/former PJ), born April 19th, 1971, passed away on August 7th, 2019. David took his own life. I have very few details at this time.

Dave was the PJ on the Persuader rescue on 21-22 of May 2002. He was one of the PJs we enjoyed working with.
