S/N 52-7588

H-19B #52-7588 of the 42nd CSG at Loring AFB, ME., crewed by Capt Robert J. Brejcha (P), 1st Lt. Jerry Crupper (CP), A1C Bobby Mixon (FM) and A1C W.J. McDougal, crashed near Limestone, receiving serious damage, when it had an engine failure during simulated forced landing training. None of the crew were injured.
