A USAF H-21 helicopter from Nellis AFB, NV., crewed by 1^st Lt. Ronald F. Riggs (P), SSgt. Harland V. Mills (FM) and A1C Terry A. Jones (FM), crashed and burned near Nellis killing the three crew members. There was no explanation for the crash which occurred on a routine training flight.
