Trained Sheppard AFB,

1964 – 1965 1st assignment, base flight unit Minot AFB, ND, on H-19’s.

1965 – 1966 at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY on UH-1F’s.

Dec. – 1966 at Udorn RTAFB, Thailand on CH-3’s “Pony Express” with the 20^th Helicopter Sq.,

Jan. – 1967 Transfer to the 20^th Helicopter Sq. “Green Hornets” as a mechanic and door gunner on UH-1F’s.

1967 – 1968 at Edwards AFB, CA in Base rescue.

1968 – 1972 at Bitburg AB, Germany, on HH-43’s.

1972 – 1976 at Fairchild AFB, WA. as a Flight Mechanic, supported Land Survival School.

1976 – 1978 at Hurlburt Field, FL, with the 20th SOS, as a Gunner.

Ended career with a tour in recruiting service, and final assignment at Grand Forks AFB, B-52-s and KC-135’s.
