Gerald Clifton Haynes, USAF (Retired)
August 10, 1933 – November 23, 2016
Gerald Clifton Haynes, 83, of Pasadena, Texas, passed away November 23, 2016. Gerald was born to Cliff and Marie Haynes on August 10, 1933 in Sullivan, Indiana.
Gerald was in the United States Air Force. He later retired and went to work for Bell Helicopter, with the City of Houston. He was a member of USAF Helicopter Pilots Association and the Jolly Green Association. He had a passion for playing golf and country music, but most of all he loved his family.
Gerald is preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Marie; and his brother George.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 year, Sawang; daughters, Ousa (Steve) and Mala (Ryan); son, Prasan; brother, John; and 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 1, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Grand View Funeral Home.
Interment will take place at Houston National Cemetery.
