Robert L. “Bob” Johnson, USAF (Retired)
? – August 24, 2016
Bill,
Could not find an obit. Robert L. Johnson (Bob) is survived by his wife Laura, and daughters Erin and Alyssa. Bob passed away on August 24th of Leukemia. He was diagnosed Thanksgiving of 2015 and started chemotherapy in January 2016. Laura said that the chemo made him weak and he fell in August and suffered bleeding in the brain. The last few weeks he was able to be at home and talk with family and friends.
I think Bob flew C-124’s before transition into helicopters. We flew HH-3’s together in Iceland (1975-76). I think the last reunion Bob attended was San Diego.

Belated – Prayers and thoughts to Bob’s family.
Bill
