1980, attended OTS at Medina Annex, commissioned 2nd Lt. on 4 Feb., 1981.

1981, attended UPT-H at Fort Rucker, AL. and graduated in October.

1981, assigned to 601 TASS at Sembach, Germany. Aircraft Commander (pilot) on the CH-53. Moved to Wing Safety Office and transferred to Hurlburt.

May 1985, at Hurlburt Field, FL. in Wing Safety Office and attached to 20th SOS for flying (MH-53J pilot).

1 Jan. 1988, left active duty and joined USAFR as a Civil Air Patrol Liaison Officer.

March, 2004, Retired.
