Well Daddy, It was the anniversary this week of your passing – two of the longest years of my entire life!!! I am seeing all the signs you have been sending me lately, thank you. It still isn’t any easier, but they make me smile, or ball my eyes out. Thank you for sending us my beautiful granddaughter, your first great grandchild – Marley! You would love her so much, even though I think you hand-picked her for Gavin & Connie, and probably met her before we did, because she sure is a little angel!!! She has brought a smile back to my face and some joy back into my heart. I talk to you every day and miss you and our talks, but most of all your humor and beautiful smile. We all love you and miss you dearly. Come see me in my dreams!!! Until then…….I love and miss you! SIS

8 months today daddy!!! The longest and hardest 8 months EVER! I miss you this week calling me for my birthday, and my first birthday without you! I can’t wait to see your face in Heaven! I know you will be the first I see! I know you are with me and above me at all times…that is the only thing that keeps me going these days! I miss you sooooo much! See you soon my angel!!! Love Sis!

Hey Daddy!! Thinking of you all day today!!! I said that in 2015 I would do my best to understand all of this loss and come to grips with it the best possible way I can…and I’m trying! But it’s Sunday and I’m used to our talks on Sunday’s and cutting your hair! (We always called your head the Rocky Mountains from the shunt and scars!) Wish I could touch those scars with care and laugh with you just one more time! I miss you! God I miss you!

Happy Birthday to the the best dad a girl could ask for! Today sure is not easy without you being here and I’m certain next week will be even harder, but I am going to take your lead…and keep my head up and my heart strong! I love you so very much and my world is not the same without you in it! Enjoy your beautiful day in Heaven! Happy Birthday with love—Sis

Mark and I flew together on my first deployment to Kuwait in 1993. He saved my life on one sortie when the tower cleared an airliner to land while we were on the runway — he saw it in time to get us out of the way. A great airman and a great guy. He’ll be missed.

Daddy…this just isn’t getting any easier for me! I wonder if it ever will??? Everything I listen to or look at reminds me of you. Maybe that’s a good thing, but it makes the minutes and days drag until I see your beautiful smile again and hear you say I love you sis! I miss you and my heart breaks without you!

Patty, Kristy, Angela and Arron, No words can express my love for you all and your dad. So thankful I could spend those last hours with you all. I’m so sorry he had to suffer his last days. I know he is free of pain and enjoying being with his mom, dad, mother-in-law & father-in-law and some of his close friends. I’m sure they are having a good time. Love you all more than you will ever know. Sister and Aunt Debbie
