George P. Prementine, A2C, USAF (Fallen)
May 09, 1934 – June 03, 1954
The Air Force yesterday identified one of four men killed in a helicopter crash near Bordeaux, France, on June 3 as Airman 2/C Prementine, 20 of Glen Hazel Heights.
Airman Prementine was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Prementine, 735 Rivermont Drive, who enlisted three years ago while still a student at Connelley Trade School.
He has been overseas about a year and was on a rescue training mission at the time of the crash. He also leaves a brother, Joseph, Jr., and two sisters, Miss Marion Prementine and Mrs. Eleanor Finegan.
