Roger Scroggins, 68, of Windermere, Fl. passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015 from Corticobasal Degeneration.
Roger was founder and part owner of Amber Electric (1979), and then Bright Future Electric (2006). He was also a Coordinator at F.E.A.T. (Florida Electrical Apprenticeship Training) at Westside Vo-Tech.
He is survived by his wife Debbie Scroggins; daughter, Amanda Lyter, (Robert); son, Elex Scroggins; and grandchildren Claire and Owen Lyter. He is also survived by three sisters; Betty Love (Pete), Hazel Calhoun (Bill), and Diane Hessling (Joe), also a brother Dwight Scroggins (Shirley), and sister-in law Marilyn Scroggins.
