Harold “Andy” Andrew Solberg, Lt. Colonel, USAF
December 10, 1932 – September 22, 2015

USAF Combat Search and Rescue fb page writes:

Sadly I pass along that I’ve received word that Harold A. (Andy) Solberg died on 22 Sept. 2015. He had been under care for some time now, suffering from Multiple Systems Atrophy and other problems. His burial services will be held 09 Oct. 2015 at the Tahoma WA. National Cemetery at 10:00.

He a member of our USAF helicopter family.

Andy had a Vietnam tour in 1966 as a HH-43F pilot with Det. 7, 38th ARRS at Da Nang AB, RVN. He was a Captain at the time.

I have not seen an obituary for him yet, but if I see one I’ll send it along to you.

God rest the soul of Harold A. Solberg. God comfort and protect the Solberg family.
