Frank Henry Steiner, USAFNovember 26, 1933 – June 9, 2018
Mr. Frank Henry Steiner, 84, of Theodore, passed away June 9, 2018.
He was fondly known as “Frank Henry” and was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Gilbert LaRue Steiner, Sr. and Mrs. Ada Hough Steiner.
Mr. Steiner was a U.S. Air Force Veteran where he was a helicopter mechanic having served his Country during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was stationed in Germany and France, and flew rescue missions over seas. After his time in service, he began a career at the International Paper Company where he worked as a maintenance mechanic. When he retired, he pursued his passions of farming and fishing.
Mr. Steiner is survived by his wife, Mrs. Juanita Collins Steiner; daughter, Mrs. Chandra Steiner Roberts and her husband Mr. Andrew Roberts, Jr.; brother, Mr. Gilbert “Bill” Steiner (Augusta); sister, Mrs. Mary Lou Steiner Landry (Larry); brother, Mr. William “Wimpy” Steiner (Phyllis); grandchildren, Dr. Tessa Roberts Kleyn (Dr. Emile), Miss Andrea Roberts and Mr. Andrew “Drew” Roberts, III. He is also survived by his two great grandchildren, Landon and Isabella, whom he adored. He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Serenity Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow at Serenity Event Center.

Frank became my brother-in-law 8 years ago, a more loving and compassionate man I’ve yet to meet. While knowing him only a short time, he related what a great life he & his family have shared!!! We’ll miss him much. Fred Chadsey – June 12 at 06:50 PM
