Lt. Col. Thomas L. Stenstrom, age 74, of Destin, Florida, passed away on July 09, 2016.

The son of Theodore and Evelyn Stenstrom, Thomas was born on September 23, 1941, in Hartford, Connecticut.

He is survived by his sister, Ann Rizio (Stenstrom); two sons, Scott and Gary; his daughter, Shelley; as well as six grandchildren, Ana, Keagan, Kameryn, Owne, Daily and Khightly.

He will be interred with full military honors on Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at 12:30 p.m. at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacols, Florida.

He will be remembered as a loyal and generous friend, and beloved father and grandfather.
