A memorial service to honor Pete was held at Vista Verde Memorial Park, Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 11:00 am, 4310 Sara Rd, SE, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124, where memories of Pete were shared.

Pete served a tour in the Vietnam War as a gunner on UH-1P helicopters with the 20^th SOS “Green Hornets” in the 1971-time frame.
