Thomas (Tom) Wyatt Sr., TSgt, USAF (Retired)

March 22, 1931 – November 21, 2017

Thomas (Tom) Wyatt Sr., 86, of Apache Junction, left his earthly body on November 21, 2017 and met his Heavenly Father. He is now reunited with his wife, Deanna of 58 years and son, Tommy. Tom was born on March 22, 1931 in Athens, Tennessee.

He enlisted in the Navy on July 28, 1950 and served on the USS Boyer. He was discharged May 27, 1954. Tom then enlisted in the Air Force April 23, 1956, and retired June 1, 1973 as a Tech Sergeant. He was a helicopter mechanic and went into rescue for the Jolly Green Giants. He was a proud veteran of the Korea and Vietnam Wars. Tom served two tours in Vietnam.

He is survived by his two sons; Charles (Rosie), and John (Elena), two daughters; Cindy and Cammie (Jim); 17 Grandchildren and 19 Great-Grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM., Saturday, December 2, 2017 at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85013 and a service will start at 11:00 AM.
