A life well=lived inspires others to fully enjoy all this world has to offer. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of your beloved John as you celebrate his life. John accomplished much and gave more. We were so happy he came to our 2009 high school reunion with his daughter, and we too have fond memories of this gentle soul. May he RIP.

Aunt Ute, Arnavaz, Hansi and Corrine and family. Uncle Johnny was an inspiration to me. Though his military service kept him distant while I was growing up, whenever I was with him he was an example to me of what a good husband and strong father should be, someone to look up to, which I makes it that much more painful that gone from us now, that he was such a good man. I will carry his memory in my heart forever and follow his example the best I can. I was always proud of him. I love you all and wish you peace.

No words can effectively summarize what my Dad meant to me or define the man he was. He would help anyone. He treated every with respect. He wouldn’t label someone without knowing them. He surpassed goodness and only wanted the same in return. I’m going to miss him more than I can say. I wish I could have been stronger for him, I wish I could have carried him through the roughest of waters just to get him to the shore of bliss that he so deserved. I love him, I’m thankful for him.
