1997 – 2000, 21st SOS, Pilot MH-53J/M, Chief Current Ops, Chief Plans.

Dec 2000 – Jul 2002, 20th SOS, Aircraft Commander, MH-53M.

Had to leave helos after getting grounded from injuries after being wounded in Afghanistan Nov 2001.

Crew that rescued us got the MacKay Trophy. Still in and back “flying” but now unmanned aircraft – Predator.
